Morton's, a multi award-winning project, embodies Burrell & Mistry's ability to combine historic fabric with a contemporary, yet timeless restoration of a Grade II listed building. The breathtaking bar uses bold technologies along with traditional craftsmanship to spectacular effect. B&M's specialist team collaborated to design a one of a kind cast glass bar, illuminated using versatile lighting allowing ambience changes throughout the day. All elements of the design from the furniture through to the matchboxes are bespoke. The design means Morton's is not only a destination but is also an experience, which is sophisticated, yet comfortable and inviting.
